In the meantime, I came across this photo I took about three years ago that I thought was especially timely. It was on a building here in Silver Lake; a mechanic's shop adjacent to Satellite (which was Spaceland, in those days).
I know this image doesn't represent everyone's views, and I respect differing opinions. But it resonated with me then and it resonates with me still.

I keep coming back to look at this. It probably doesn't surprise you that I love this so much. But wow I really love this. It hurts my heart but I can't turn away.
